Home Mart Delivery ("we", "our", "the app") provides a grocery and
household delivery marketplace connecting customers, vendors, and
delivery riders. This policy explains what information we collect and
how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, phone number, email address, and role (customer, vendor, or rider).
- Location information: a delivery address you choose on the map, and (for riders) location needed to fulfil deliveries.
- Photos: an optional profile picture, and — for vendors and riders — a shop photo or driving license photo used for verification before your account is approved.
- Order information: items ordered, order value, and delivery status.
- Support messages: messages you send us through in-app chat.
How we use this information
- To create and manage your account and verify vendor/rider applications.
- To process and deliver your orders.
- To show your delivery address on a map for riders and vendors fulfilling your order.
- To respond to support requests sent via in-app chat.
How we store this information
Data is stored securely with our database provider (Supabase) using
access controls so that customers, vendors, and riders can only see the
data relevant to them; only administrators can see all data.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Delivery address and order
details are shared only with the vendor and rider assigned to fulfil
your order.
Your choices
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by
contacting us at the email address below.
